Procedures


In order to ensure that we meet our delivery commitments to customers without being held up at customs, it is vital that any international shipment to Trinity Telecomms be sent to our clearing agents Rohlig-Grindrod, according to the following procedure.


  1. As soon as a shipment is being planned, please e-mail Estelle Kinnear at Trinity Telecomms. Email: estelle@trintel.co.za. Please ATTACH THE INVOICE AND PACKING LIST, so that Rohlig-Grindrod can be contacted to ensure that it will be cleared through customs correctly.

  2. Then you can arrange to have the courier collect it. The delivery address for ALL shipment Airway Bills is as follows:

  3. At this point, please e-mail Estelle Kinnear with the TRACKING NUMBER. If it is a repair, please provide the RMA number as well. Email: estelle@trintelco.za.

The above procedure is vital as South African customs has become very strict over the last year. If the couriers submit the goods directly to customs we often have problems clearing the goods, and may even incur fines. We have streamlined the procedure with Rohlig-Grinrod, and are confident that we can better meet our commitments to customers when the goods are shipped directly to Rohlig-Grinrod in every situation.
