Hardware warranties
All products purchased from Trinity Telecomms have a specified warranty period, during which any faults will result in the item being repaired or replaced free of charge. Products outside the warranty period will be repaired for a nominal fee.
In-Warranty Repairs
Any product that is found to be faulty, and is still within the warranty period, is repaired or replaced, free of charge.
Out of Warranty Repairs
Products outside of the warranty period are repaired at the customer´s expense. In order to minimise the cost of repairs Trinity Telecomms has invested in a Wavecom Software Repair Bench facility, one of the first distributors worldwide to have this facility outside of Wavecom in France. On this Software Repair Bench, we can fully analyse any software and firmware faults and make the necessary repairs without having to ship the product to France. This extends the life of the Wavecom products, thus protecting our customers´ investment into the future.

A customer returning goods for exchange or repairs MUST complete the RMA Form in full.

- Fax the completed RMA Form to Trinity Telecomms, marked for the attention of Laura du Toit, on +27 11 705-2614.
On receipt of the RMA Form, the return will be authorized and a Return Authorisation Number will be issued. The customer will be contacted and supplied with the RMA number as a reference, and will be instructed on how to return the goods, as well as the estimated time frame for the repair or exchange.
