Introduction
The course has been created to introduce developers, who already have a knowledge of ANSI C, to the Open AT® tools and environment, as well as explain some of the basic APIs.
The course has been updated to cover a new way of developing Open AT® using the Eclipse platform. We look at Open AT® made easy with M2M Studio. We´ll introduce you to all in one environment development, debugging and loading of the files on the modem. The course is presented with the latest software including M2M Studio 1.1.0 and OASIS 2.30.

• Encourage further use of Open AT® for developing applications, including use of the Eclipse platform and M2M Studio
Target audience
The training session is targeted at software engineers, developers, and integrators of Open AT® software who have ANSI C knowledge, but have not worked with Open AT® before. The intention is to provide a framework for the use of Open AT®, as well as to look at the power and functionality of Open AT for various applications.
Prerequisites
The prerequisite to attend the introduction to Open AT® course is that you have some ANSI C programming experience.
Agenda
Day 1: Open AT® tools, Open AT® environment (Eclipse based), writing your first application, Open AT® background, API, AT commands and timers.
Day 2: API basics, examples, questions and answers.

The cost of the two day introduction to Open AT® training course during 2010, including tuition, training manuals, fully-equipped training room and catering, is R 3,500.00 Excl. VAT per person.
